HR Assistant - Port Huron At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HR Assistant to work with a leading manufacturing company in Port Huron. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily functions and positive employee engagement.
Shift Patterns
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Position is temporary, 1-3 months.
Pay Rates
18.00 USD hourly

Role for HR Assistant
Maintain and organize form bins and manage personnel files and onboarding paperwork.
Assist with recruiting tasks, including creating job postings and supporting job fair participation.
Manage employee data updates, including locker and radio lists.
Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks and drug screens.
Support payroll audits and assist with employee engagement events and recognition boards.
Greet candidates and provide general office support as needed.
Location : Port Huron.
