• Shift: Night shift, 1900–0700 (roughly 5 shifts per month)
• Hours per Week: Approximately 40 hours/week

• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide OB/GYN clinical care in a high-volume, busy OB center with approximately 6,000 births annually
• Cover night shifts in a fast-paced environment, about 5 shifts per month
• Collaborate with a team that includes employed OB hospitalists, community OB/GYNs, MFM groups, and CNMs
• Support delivery and consults within the facility's maternity services
• Ensure quality care and patient safety during high-volume deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Arizona or eligible for licensure
• Malpractice insurance and background checks required
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in high-volume settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This assignment is at a prominent OB center in Tucson, AZ, known for its busy delivery unit with approximately 6,000 births per year. The facility features a collaborative team of OB/GYNs, hospitalists, MFM specialists, and CNMs providing comprehensive maternity care. The provider will deliver overnight coverage, working roughly 5 shifts per month, contributing to a high-energy and supportive environment focused on excellent patient outcomes.
