Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists for ongoing temporary opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex . If you have strong typing skills, exceptional accuracy, and enjoy working with data in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

These positions may be located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Arlington, Grand Prairie, and surrounding DFW communities.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems
  
• Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  
• Process high volumes of data with speed and precision
  
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
  
• Organize digital and physical records
  
• Support administrative and operational teams as needed
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or customer support experience preferred
  
• Strong typing and/or 10-key skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
