Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support patients, staff, and visitors with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team.

Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and appropriate emergency response actions within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, waiting areas, and/or other assigned posts, assisting with visitor screening practices, directional support, and reporting unusual behavior or conditions.
• Support healthcare operations by helping to manage access control, escort-related requests, and security-related responses involving patients, visitors, restricted areas, and/or sensitive locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
