Job Summary:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and help our product and engineering teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure that Scrum principles and agile best practices are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

ct as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement .
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodology and Scrum practices to maximize productivity and collaboration.
Identify and remove impediments blocking the team's progress.
Protect the team from external interruptions and scope creep.
Track and communicate team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time ).
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation .
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within teams, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Support organizational Agile adoption and scaling efforts, mentoring teams and leadership as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field .
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II , or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development or IT projects .
Strong understanding of gile and Scrum methodologies , frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills .
Experience in removing impediments and managing cross-functional teams .
bility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello .

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or LeSS .
Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, or XP practices.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices .
