Mail Services Associate
AppleOne
We are seeking a Mail Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our mail services, handling everything from receiving to distributing mail efficiently.
Please note: This is a part time position (Mon - Fri : 8am-2:30pm). Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, including letters, parcels, and interdepartmental deliveries. Collect outgoing mail promptly and prepare outbound courier shipments. Track and maintain records of all mailing activities. Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory control of mail supplies. Pick up and deliver supplies for mailing projects as needed. Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the team.Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Sorting, Proof Reading, Time Management, Creating/Completing daily task lists
