Mammography Tech - Travel Job

Join Jackson HealthPros as an experienced Mammo Tech for an exciting travel assignment in Winchester, VA. In this role, you will perform specialized examinations of the breast to help diagnose and treat breast disease for a hospital setting. You will work within a Level II trauma center environment and collaborate with radiology and breast health teams to deliver MQSA-compliant mammography screening and diagnostic imaging.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography certification. Preferred: ARRT(M).
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience, including screening and diagnostic imaging. This is a required client-specific requirement.
• MQSA-compliant mammography experience as required by the facility.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Active Virginia license. If not currently licensed in VA, provide license status.
• Experience working in a hospital or Level II trauma center preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Prior experience in inpatient and trauma center imaging environments.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Number of openings: 1.
• Dress code: Scrubs — Caribbean Blue per facility policy.
