BigLaw Lawyer for AI Training

Role Overview
Apply your legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis and feedback. This remote contractor opportunity is designed for attorneys with experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a range of U.S. law topics.
- Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives with current, accurate information.
- Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal materials.
- Provide structured feedback on legal content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with legal best practices.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities as part of content quality assurance.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and attention to detail in every submission.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law and strong academic credentials.
- Mandatory current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.
- Experience handling varied practice areas and sophisticated legal matters.
- Demonstrated strengths in legal analysis, research, drafting, content review, and written and verbal communication.
- Experience collaborating remotely and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
- Quality assurance experience and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents are preferred.
- A demonstrated commitment to accuracy, precision, and legal best practices.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $140 to $400 per hour.
