We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead with strong expertise in Revenue Management, Credit, Collections, financial operations, and enterprise financial applications .

The candidate will be responsible for hands-on software development, technical leadership, application support, integrations, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack engineering initiatives supporting revenue, credit, and collections business processes.

• Provide L2 technical support for business-critical applications.

• Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand revenue and collections workflows.

• Design and develop backend services using PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.

• Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.

• Build APIs and integrations with financial, ERP, payment, and enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct detailed root-cause analysis.

• Design solutions that support scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

• Participate in architecture and technical design reviews.

• Perform code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Support continuous improvement of applications and engineering processes.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong full-stack software development experience.

• Expertise in one or more backend technologies:

  • PHP

  • Java

  • Golang

  • Python

  • Node.js

• Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

• Domain experience in one or more of:

  • Revenue

  • Credit

  • Collections

  • Financial Operations

  • FinTech

• Experience developing and integrating enterprise financial applications.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or financial management platforms.

• Experience with payment or billing systems.

• Cloud platform and DevOps experience.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.

• Experience mentoring developers or functioning as a technical lead.
