What you’ll do

• Generate pipeline through high-volume, thoughtful outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage decision-makers across health systems, specialty groups, and value-based care organizations
• Research accounts and uncover business challenges where our technology can create meaningful value
• Craft personalized messaging that earns meetings with senior healthcare leaders
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
• Own your pipeline, activity metrics, and follow-up with discipline and consistency
• Continuously test new messaging, channels, and prospecting strategies
• Partner closely with AEs and Growth leadership to turn qualified opportunities into revenue

What we're looking for

• 1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally selling SaaS, healthcare, or AI
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline/meeting targets
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging senior decision-makers
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient
• Curious and able to quickly understand complex products and customer problems
• ⚡ Fast-moving, organized, and comfortable in an early-stage startup environment
• Excited to work from our NYC office
