Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:00)   Work Experience:

• Review and verify medication orders for hospital patients.
• Prepare and dispense medicines, including IV medications.
• Monitor patient drug therapy and check for side effects or interactions.
• Work with doctors and nurses to ensure safe and effective treatment

Education:
PharmD   License:
Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification*, RPh   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
