This opportunity supports students from preschool through transitional ages (up to 23 for those in special education), working across multiple buildings—including three elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Key Qualifications:

• Active Ohio SLP licensure and current ODE credential required
• Experience or training in school-based speech therapy (CFY and CCC considered)
• Familiarity with working with pediatric populations, including school-aged and preschool students
• Ability to manage a weighted caseload of up to 80 school-age and 50 preschool students, or a combination within established ratios
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to learners aged PreK through transition (up to age 23 for special education students)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized evaluations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Support students’ progress through targeted interventions and data-driven practices
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative services within school settings
• Maintain accurate case notes and timely progress documentation
