Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and healthcare construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in active healthcare and hospital environments, maintaining schedules and budgets, and coordinating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning through closeout. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence in Procore. Oversee permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements. Review and process invoices, billing applications, and Schedule of Values. Ensure compliance with AHCA, ICRA, safety requirements, and project specifications. Support project turnover, closeout, and warranty documentation. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support team development. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Healthcare or hospital construction experience required. Knowledge of AHCA and ICRA requirements. Experience managing AHCA inspections successfully. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction software systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts. Valid Florida Driver's License. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to navigate construction sites and wear required PPE. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work based on project needs.
