ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly Hagar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.


Opportunity for bonus based on pivoting and sales.


Working hours of 8:30-5:00 EST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Processing payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous insurance experience and knowledge preferred.
• Must hold a 4-40 Customer Representative License.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
