Bilingual Customer Representative (Thai)

Industry: Customer Service / Call Center About the Job We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Thai/English) to join our growing customer support team in El Monte, CA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support in both Thai and English. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while helping resolve customer inquiries and concerns. If you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoy helping people, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Thai and English. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, orders, and account-related issues. Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Support customers through additional communication channels, including email and chat, as needed. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Required Qualifications: Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written). High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of customer service, contact center, or related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
