Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient status, care interventions, and progress accurately in electronic records
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition, taking appropriate actions per protocols
• Support patients and families by providing information, reassurance, and guidance

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a stepdown unit or similar acuity setting
• Proficiency in cardiovascular monitoring, drip titration, and advanced nursing interventions
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Commitment to patient safety, customer service, and continuous learning

$2,130 - $2,253/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
