Project Manager (IT) at BairesDev As a Project Manager (IT), you will oversee technology projects and guide technical teams to deliver successful IT solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to advance your management capabilities while collaborating with talented technical professionals in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do: Direct project planning and coordinate team activities to meet delivery objectives. Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication. Track project performance and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value. Assist with budget planning and resource allocation for projects. Help implement technology solutions following organizational standards. What we are looking for: Experience in team leadership, project management, or engineering roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Client-focused approach and positive attitude. Understanding of budget management and project planning. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
