Responsibilities As an Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and IT service management. Your day‑to‑day activities include: Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements and ensure platform stability, scalability, and security. Customizing ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Maintaining and optimizing ServiceNow performance, security, and compliance. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans. Qualifications 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects. TS/SCI clearance required. DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification. PMI Certification such as PgMP or PMP. ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification. Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools. Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices. Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel, work independently, and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across work streams. SAFe Program Consultant Certification (nice if you have). Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT; Master’s degree is a plus. Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is based on location, experience, education, and contractual factors.
