Overview:

Softtek Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, (re-) architecting, transforming, and developing ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other ServiceNow developers, project managers, and business analysts to implement ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow architecture and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residence/Green Card allowed (must live in the USA)
• Able to obtain a Public Trust/Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Certifications related to ITIL, ITSM, and/or CMMI.
• Previous experience working for U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) programs
