Washington, DC (hybrid) Pay From: $120,000 per year

MUST:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
• 4+ years of ITSM Development with ServiceNow experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Scripting
• Strong experience with ServiceNow models for ITSM, CMDB and Service Catalog
• Experience implementing ServiceNow in a new deployment or major re-implementation
• Demonstrated experience in embedding pages within SharePoint
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, and JavaScript
• Experience working with ASP.NET for web application development
• Familiarity with Drupal content management system
• Knowledge of 508 compliance standards for web accessibility
• Experience designing workflows, automation, and service catalog structures
• Experience with systems integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure Federal environments
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification are strongly desired
• Desired experience with Resolve Automate platform for automation tasks
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

DUTIES:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Assist in release management and deployment activities
