Overview Leeds Professional Resources is working with one of our favorite clients in the Tampa 33619 area that is in need of a customer support specialist to join their growing team. The candidate we are looking for must have experience gathering information and entering it into a database with accuracy. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years of customer support in the healthcare industry with a degree - if no degree at least 4 years of Medicaid experience needed Must be able to type 55 words per minute, accurately. Bilingual - English/Spanish (preferred) Position details This position is a contract to hire, so as long as everything goes well during the contract, this will turn into a permanent position.
