LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Apartment Showings & Retention
Franklin Group
Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Rockville, MD to show and lease apartments and support the community's marketing plan. You will assist applicants with applications, collect deposits, and maintain model units and office areas while upholding Fair Housing standards. The role requires knowledge of LIHTC compliance, lease terms, and competitive market rates.
