Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Coppell, TX. The Sales and Marketing Representative will actively prospect and engage with new and existing customers, presenting product offerings and matching solutions to project needs. Responsibilities include managing sales cycles, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, designers, and end clients. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in trade shows and showroom events, and promoting brand awareness through presentations, digital outreach, and product demonstrations. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and a positive customer experience, while providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities. Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and professional client support. Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and pipeline management. Sales & Marketing skills, such as basic campaign support, product positioning, and collaboration with marketing initiatives. Training capabilities, including the ability to educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and installation considerations. Relevant experience in building materials, surfaces, interior design, or construction sectors is beneficial. Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and common office software, along with a valid driver’s license for client visits, is preferred.
