Salary Range: $288,400 - $374,920 per year

Are you an Internal Medicine Physician who is passionate about serving older adults in a mission-driven, community health setting?

A large, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Sacramento region is launching a new program and seeking an MD/DO with a strong geriatric focus to join its Primary Care team.

This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive, relationship-based medicine while serving diverse and underserved populations in a Patient-Centered Health Home (PCHH) model.

Position Overview

The Staff Physician will:

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record

Ideal Candidate

• MD or DO licensed in California
• Active DEA registration
• Experience in Internal Medicine with geriatric population preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medi-Cal, SSI, and community resources
• Commitment to underserved populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• FQHC and/or EPIC experience highly desirable
