Direct Support Professional

Compensation Hourly wage $16.00. Responsibilities Assist people with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs. Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Work with leaders to make decisions that best support participants. Qualifications Excellent communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
