Operations Manager – Marini’s at the Beach | Santa Cruz, CA Marini’s at the Beach is seeking an experienced, hospitality‑driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage staff, inventory, vendors, facilities, and customer service standards in a high‑volume environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, coach, and support staff Oversee operations, quality, and health & safety Manage scheduling, inventory, vendors, and equipment Address customer escalations and uphold brand standards Support long‑term operational planning and continuous improvement Qualifications Previous operations or multi‑store management experience Strong communication & leadership skills Knowledge of CA labor laws ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain) Benefits Profit sharing PTO discretionary bonus free parking employee discounts.
