Time: Central Time Zone (CST) Experience: 3-5 Years Location: 100% Remote (Must reside within the United States) Employment Type: Full-Time (Salaried) Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Role Overview We are looking for a Workday HCM Lead Consultant with 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet client business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze client requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions. Configure, test, and support deployment of Workday modules. Provide functional expertise in modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and other complex HCM solutions. Participate in end-to-end deployment or AMS support activities. Lead client discussions and provide consultative guidance. Stay up to date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends. Support global HR operations with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of Workday Functional experience. Experience in AMS or Implementation projects. Active Workday certification required. Hands‑on experience in at least two or more modules. Strong communication, presentation, listening, and client-facing skills. Good understanding of Global HR operations. Pre‑sales experience is nice to have. Project management experience is nice to have.
