Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated general production workers to join our team in the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. This position offers both day and night shifts, with the flexibility of working 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on gold and blue shifts. The work schedule includes a rotation of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and 2 days off, requiring availability every other weekend.
Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently and safely.
• Engage in packaging tasks and ensure proper handling of products.
• Move parts and boxes throughout the facility.
• Assist in assembly processes as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Experience in machine operation and general production.
• Must have had 9 months of tenure at each previous job.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a clean room environment.
• Comfortable wearing PPE.
• Must not have been unemployed for more than 30 days.

Work Environment
The work environment involves extensive walking between buildings and throughout the plant. The department is a clean room, requiring employees to wear garb and beard nets if applicable. The facility is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, emphasizing organization with a strong commitment to 5S3K principles.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Matteson, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
