Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Colorado. This role oversees field operations, safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination from project startup through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and field activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and project compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Support project planning, procurement, and closeout activities.
• Mentor and develop field personnel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Colorado.
