We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Surgical Assistant to support our surgeon in a fast-paced, patient-focused surgical environment. This is a hands-on clinical role ideal for someone who thrives in oral surgery, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering a safe, exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do * Assist during oral surgery procedures including extractions, implants, and grafting * Prepare patients for surgery and review medical histories * Monitor and document vital signs during procedures and sedation * Support anesthesia and patient recovery * Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories * Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols * Take dental radiographs and imaging * Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation * Provide pre- and post-op instructions and patient support * Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow What You Bring * 1+ year of dental or surgical assisting experience (oral surgery preferred) * CPR/BLS certification * California DA or RDA license and X-ray certification preferred * Experience with sedation cases or willingness to learn * Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate provider needs * Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer * Competitive pay, bonus potential, and annual merit reviews * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA) with HDHP health plans * PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave * Short- and Long-Term Disability * 401(k) Plan with Company Match * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * FIGS Scrubs Provided We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
