Norwood, Ohio $24.00 - $25.00 per hour First Shift | Monday-Friday Temporary Assignment

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client in the Norwood area to identify an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temporary opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers while supporting day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms while managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Process customer orders, updates, and inquiries using ERP systems
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history within CRM platforms
• Provide order status updates, shipment tracking information, and delivery confirmations
• Partner with manufacturing, logistics, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, and service-related issues
• Ensure customer information and order details are entered accurately and consistently
• Support internal departments with order management, reporting, and customer-related requests

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is required
• Experience within a manufacturing, logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain environment is required
• Strong phone, email, and electronic messaging communication experience
• ERP system experience is required
• CRM system experience is required
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
