Senior Desktop Support Technician — Windows/Mac & Onboarding
Insight Global
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Technician for our client, a US energy storage company, based in Berkeley, CA. You will be the first point of contact for the Berkeley location and support a fleet of PC/Mac devices, onboarding, setup, service requests, and troubleshooting. This role requires 4+ years in-person desktop support, Windows and Mac in Active Directory, and experience with device management (MDM), Google Workspace, Jira, VPN, and lab networking. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
