Role Responsibilities

• Deliver Top-notch Customer Service And Hospitality To Ensure A Positive Customer Experience
• Develop Strong Product Knowledge To Better Guide The Client Through Options On The Sales Floor
• Work Closely With Team Members To Collaborate On Sales Strategies And Techniques To Increase Sales
• Collaborate With Store Director To Set, Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
• Drive Sales Through Service & Customer Relationships
• Utilize Customer Lists & Profiles To Maintain Healthy & Genuine Connections With Our Customers
• Support Omni Channel Initiatives Including But Not Limited To Web Order Fulfillment And Email Opt In
• Manage Inventory Levels On The Floor And Assist With Shipping And Receiving Of Product.
• Maintain An Elevated Level Of Cleanliness And Order Within The Sales Floor And Stockroom.
• Operate In Compliance With All Billy Reid Policies And Procedures
• Complete All Daily Tasks In A Timely Manner

Requirements

• Retail Sales Experience, Ideally With A Luxury Retail Brand
• Resiliency Ability To Find Alternative Solutions

• Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills
• Ability To Work Evenings And Weekends When Appropriate
