Manager, Cell Therapy Launch Project Coordinator, Launch & Lifecycle Management Excellence

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Project Coordinator to support cell therapy launch and lifecycle management initiatives. The role provides operational coordination, documentation management, and cross-functional support to ensure launch readiness and effective knowledge sharing across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch governance, execution, and portfolio review meetings with agendas and materials
• Maintain launch plans, milestones, and status information in SmartLaunch systems
• Prepare meeting minutes, track decisions, risks, issues, and action items for distribution
• Generate routine reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership visibility
• Manage launch documentation repositories, team calendars, and knowledge management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, life sciences, project management, or operations preferred
• 2-5 years of project coordination, business operations, or related experience
• Experience managing multiple priorities and supporting cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint applications
• Experience with project management or portfolio management systems; SmartLaunch experience is a plus
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and independent work capability

Compensation: $95,910 - $127,844 depending on location; eligible for discretionary incentive cash and stock
