Salary based on overall experience.Skills Required:Strong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsStrong multitasking skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft OfficeProficient with Apple products a plus, but not requiredAbility to work in fast paced environmentMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA with Finance or Accounting - 5+ years experience from a leading public accounting, consulting, Fortune 500 or high growth firmWhat you will be doing:Duties include, but are not limited to:Report direct to CEO with in-depth projectsAssist with ad hoc projects as identified by the CEOOverall budgetingSupport the annual budget process and the weekly forecast exercisesAnalysis of the monthly business unit’s P&LPreparation and analysis of the monthly sales analyticsCreate reporting packages and work with management to define and track performance.Serve as Finance liaison with various management teamsEducate and partner with other staff to ensure everyone understands the end-to-end processesMake recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategiesSupport sales and business development with rate estimates and cost and pricing models
