Location Monroe, NJ (ON‑SITE) Compensation & Benefits Signing Bonus: $30,000, Career Starter Bonus: $100,000 on Start Date. Base Salary: $400,000 Year 1, $500,000 Year 2, $600,000 Year 3. Production Bonuses from Year1. Defined 3‑Year Partner Track (no buy‑in, loans, or investments). Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, CME, paid Malpractice, 401(k).
