Countertop Fabricator

Countertop Fabricator Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire. We are looking for a skilled Countertop Fabricator to join a well established stone fabrication shop south of Columbia. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with quartz and natural stone and can independently use hand fabrication tools, power tools, and possibly CNC machinery. This role offers consistent full-time work, with overtime opportunities and the chance to work in a modern fabrication environment alongside experienced craftsmen. Responsibilities Use saws, blades, routers, grinders and polishers to perform fabrication work on quartz and natural stone slabs. Read and execute fabrication specifications accurately Set, calibrate, and adjust various tools to ensure accuracy Maintain high-quality standards on seams, edges, and finished surfaces Requirements Able to independently fabricate on Day 1 1+ year of hands-on stone fabrication experience (quartz/granite/marble) 1+ year with wet polishing and grinding techniques Experience in a high-production stone fabrication environment Comfortable working 4050 hours per week Compensation Hourly rate of $22-$30/hour based on talent/experience Consistent full-time hours Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term career opportunity
