What You'll Do Lead the Kitchen Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations. Coach, mentor, and develop Back-of-House team members. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture. Deliver Culinary Excellence Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate. Maintain the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and organization. Support efficient execution during high-volume service while maintaining quality. Drive Operational Success Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency. Help ensure smooth daily operations through effective prep, production, and execution. Support operational goals while delivering an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For 2+ years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role. Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Passion for culinary excellence, food quality, and hospitality. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
