Personal Lines Insurance Rep

Position Summary
We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to high-end clientele, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The representative will handle daily customer interactions, policy management, and insurance documentation, while contributing to the agency’s success. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Customer relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships to increase retention and loyalty.

Client follow-ups: Conduct follow-up discussions to ensure satisfaction and progress toward sales closure.

Policy management: Process premium payments, update policies, handle claims, and endorsements.

Documentation: Issue insurance documents such as Certificates of Insurance (COI).

Communication: Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain prompt communication with clients.

Renewals: Process renewals based on client updates and conditions.

Requirements
Property and Casualty License required (not mandatory to apply; reimbursement available for licensing).

Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
