Role Description We are looking for an experienced, motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who understands the complete automotive sales process, can maximize profitability, build strong lender relationships, and deliver a first‑class customer experience from approval to delivery. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the dealership’s Finance & Insurance department Secure financing approvals through prime and subprime lender relationships Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts, GAP, protection packages, and additional ownership benefits Structure deals properly while maintaining strong lender compliance Work closely with the sales team to improve closing ratios and customer satisfaction Review credit applications and assist customers with financing solutions Ensure all paperwork, contracts, funding packages, and DMV documents are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and lender requirements Help create a smooth, professional delivery experience for every customer Qualifications: Strong knowledge of used vehicle financing Experience with prime and subprime lenders preferred Ability to structure deals and overcome financing challenges Strong closing and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Professional appearance and customer‑first attitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced independent dealership environment Expectations from the Candidate: We are looking for more than someone who understands that F&I is a major part of dealership growth by protecting gross profit, increasing product penetration, strengthening lender relationships, and creating long‑term customers.
