Occupational Therapist

Position Summary We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Inpatient Occupational Therapist I to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Boston location Key Responsibilities Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols. Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs Instructing and educating patients/families Arranging follow-up services as needed Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy Experience: Minimum one to two years of previous pediatric OT experience preferred, pediatric hospital based highly preferred. Licensure/Certifications: Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus! Schedule is M-F, with weekend and holiday rotations #J-18808-Ljbffr
