Ostomy Territory Manager - Raleigh, NC

The territory manager is responsible for managing and increasing ostomy sales within the assigned territory. Reporting to the region manager, this role is the primary driver of ostomy sales and programs within strategic metropolitan cities. Sales focus and activities targeted to hospital market. The geography for this territory is North Carolina. Candidates residing in this geography will be considered for the position. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned products and territory, developing and implementing strategic selling initiatives with key business partners, maintaining and fostering relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, conducting customer needs assessments and developing tailored solutions, delivering ongoing education and clinical support to customers and healthcare professionals, managing tenders, contracts, and compliance documentation, analyzing market and sales data to identify new business opportunities and maximize current accounts, preparing and presenting sales forecasts and business plans, participating in customer events, training sessions, and product launches, ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.

Essential functions of the role include building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians, distributors, and retail partners, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, conducting in-service training and product demonstrations, developing and executing territory-specific business plans, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, communicating effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders, using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage communications and reporting, traveling frequently within the assigned territory, conducting on-site visits to healthcare facilities, retail locations, and customer offices, adhering to company policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Education and work requirements include a bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience, at least 3 years of outside sales experience in the medical industry, experience calling on the hospital setting strongly desired, ability to travel 30% of time (including overnight travel), must reside within assigned territory, ability to analyze sales reports and develop business plans, ability to create effective strategies to increase sales and meet sales forecasts within territory, possess professional communication skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Sales Incentive Plan.
