Senior Director Of OperationsWe Protect Those Who Protect Us. Join us in BAE's Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area as the leader of Operations for the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line. In this product line you will be supporting next-generation countermeasures to help aircraft answer evolving threats. As the Senior Director of Operations you will partner with EAS leadership to ensure Operations aspects of programs in the portfolio are executed successfully while also being a key leadership team contributor towards achieving the Product Line's Integrated Business Plan. You will oversee strategy, planning, coordination, and execution of all manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of quality products to prime government customers. You will provide inspirational leadership within a rapidly growing business.Leadership of the Operations Program Manager organization for the Product Line - including the Product Line Operations strategy, new product introduction, planning, staffing, budgeting, and manufacturing executionSet departmental goals and objectives in support of the EAS Product Line business planDevelop long-range plans for utilization of the manufacturing facilitiesInspire, mentor and develop staff while building a robust leadership succession pipelineEnsure that all operations are conducted in conformance with all quality, safety, and environmental requirementsChampion continuous improvement within Product Line OperationsRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience in Manufacturing or Supply ChainExecutive presence with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsMasters Degree with experience leading Operations or Supply Chain in the Aerospace & Defense IndustryAbility to work in a matrixed team environment and manage a portfolio of multiple projects concurrentlyStrategic and creative thinking with the ability to build business cases to positively influence business and functional directionPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $173023 - $294137 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
