Address and resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and practice profitability. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee supply management. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and retention. Support team members through coaching, feedback, and career development. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff. You’re a Great Fit If You Have a high school diploma + minimum of three years in dental office management or a related field. Love people and have a heart for service.
