HSE Manager

Drax

Drax is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at our renewable energy operations. You will develop and implement HSE strategies, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, and drive a strong safety culture across biomass and power generation facilities. Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, training, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety oversight. You’ll partner with operations and leadership to improve HSE performance, support continuous improvement, and enable safe, sustainable growth in low‑carbon energy.
