Customer Service Representative Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Process customer purchase orders, including standard, promotional, direct ship, international, and electronic orders.
• Provide customer support by maintaining account information, tracking open and back orders, and resolving inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations by releasing orders, preparing shipping instructions, and addressing shipment issues or delays.
• Maintain departmental reports, logs, and records while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and support overall customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced order management, logistics or customer support environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; automotive aftermarket experience and 10-key/data entry proficiency are preferred.
