• Operate imaging equipment and perform necessary maintenance, promptly reporting any equipment issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical system
• Commit to ongoing education to stay current with advancements in ultrasound imaging practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
