Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year A bit about us: We’re partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented law firm in Albany that is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with defense experience to step into a high-impact role. This is not a “sit in the back room and review docs” position—you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and a clear path to advancement. 7+ years of defense litigation experience/insurance defense experience
Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York Job Details Handle a variety of defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
