CF Equipment Partner I

As a CF Equipment Partner I, you will ensure optimal operation of non-pharmacy automated equipment. You'll monitor equipment, make minor adjustments, and perform basic preventive maintenance (PM) to keep machines running at optimized levels and help reduce unscheduled downtime. Machine operation may include intermediate-level operation, production setup, changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting of non-dispensing automation.

Ensures machines run at optimal efficiency and maintains Total Process Ownership (TPO); reports suboptimal performance and issues to leadership and Maintenance team.

Analyzes production flow to packaging area; coordinates with Production team to adjust volumes and flow of work to various packaging department areas.

Ensures accuracy and product quality control in accordance with product specifications including consumable quality and adequate stock levels.

Provides technical assistance and guidance to other packaging area Partners.

Completes weekly CIL program on assigned machinery; reports findings to Maintenance team.

Assists Maintenance with predictive, preventative and reactive repairs.

Proactively seeks continuous improvements of overall process effectiveness.

Identifies safety hazards; recommends solutions and documents appropriately.

Cleans automation equipment and areas around automation; documents abnormal wear to Maintenance team.

Intermediate operations individual contributor position providing service or support through manual operational tasks in a hands-on environment supporting daily business activities. Works under moderate supervision on mostly routine tasks but may deviate from or interpret standard procedures based on knowledge gained through learned experience.

Minimum age 18.

1+ years of Central Fill experience (preferred).

Analytical skills.

Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Verbal / written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, with high quality and productivity.

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English (required).

High school education.

Work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment that requires detailed work and precision under stress.

Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

Work while standing, sitting, stooping, walking, bending, with hands over head, and in prone position.

Work from a ladder and other elevated work platforms (manlift, scissor lift).

Work in small/tight spaces safely.

Travel by car or plane with overnight stays.

Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift 75 lbs.

Work various rotating shifts, including weekends; remain flexible to business needs.

Stay past scheduled shifts to complete daily production in the event of systems failure or production downtime, as required.
