Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of the med spa industry, and the ability to manage the full‑cycle recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support our growing operations. Key Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding. Industry‑Specific Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with our company culture. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Talent Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants. Employer Branding: Promote our med spa as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent. Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies. Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Academy Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for the Academy division, converting prospective students into enrolled participants while consistently exceeding enrollment goals. General Job Requirements Must have high attention to detail. Must have good inter‑personal skills. Must have elevated organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize & deliver timely results. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Needed 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience managing multiple projects/assignments. Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Experience with results‑driven approaches to ensure operational efficiency. Medspa or medical industry experience a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
